Fees
1. Email exchange: £25 (includes one email and my response)
Your
first email will be free of charge. This will be an opportunity for you
to express your situation to me. I will email you back, as soon as possible,
explaining how I can work with your case. If you decide to continue your
online therapy through Email exchange, you will need to make the payment
to get my response. We can exchange as many emails as you wish.

2. Online live instant chat session on Skype: £60
Email
me with brief details about what you would like to chat about in our initial
chat session. I will then email you as soon as possible to arrange a convenient
time to meet online. Live instant chat sessions are 1 hour long and must
be paid at least 24 hours in advance.

3. PC to PC calling session on Skype: £60
Email
me with brief details about what you wish to talk about in our initial
PC to PC calling session. I will then email you as soon as possible to
arrange a convenient time to talk online. PC to PC calling sessions are
1 hour long and must be paid at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Telephone call session: £60
Email me with brief details about what you wish to talk about in our initial telephone call session. I will then email you as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time to call you. Telephone calls are 1 hour long and are only made to landline numbers. You do not pay for the call; you only pay for your appointment which must be paid, at least, 24 hours in advance. Payment:
Payment is always required in advance of a session. Once an appointment is agreed, you will be sent an invoice by email. The invoice contains a link which allows you to complete payment online with a card or using Paypal.

Responsibility:
- Problems with Internet connection: my system can be
offline due to lack of connection with the provider, software problems,
etc.
If these problems cannot be resolved in a short time, the client will have the appointment rearranged for another date at no extra cost.
The Live Instant Chat session or PC to PC calling session can be cancelled by the client with minimum 24 hours notice via email. Otherwise the full fee will be charged. If I cannot be present at the agreed time, the client will be notified as soon as possible and a new appointment will be arranged for an alternative day and time with no costs to the client. - Security and confidentiality: all the information shared between the client and the psychotherapist is held in total privacy, regarding the “professional ethics".
- Email could fail to be received if they are sent to the wrong address. In this case Drruthbirkebaek.com does not hold any responsibility.
- Drruthbirkebaek.com shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of any kind due to client’s use of software.
